Wir suchen einen motivierten Junior-Marketing Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der Interesse an der Marktexpandierung hat und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media, Branding und Content Creation mitbringt. In dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Erfahrungen zu sammeln und dich in einem dynamischen Team weiterzuentwickeln.
Deine Mission

  • Bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien zur Marktexpandierung

  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Social-Media-Präsenz und Content Creation

  • Mitwirkung an Branding-Aktivitäten zur Stärkung der Markenidentität

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von ansprechenden Inhalten für verschiedene Marketingkanäle

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer verwandten Disziplin oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Social-Media-Plattformen und deren Nutzung für Marketingzwecke

  • Kreativität und Fähigkeit zur Content Creation (Kenntnisse im Bereich Graphic Design wären ein Bonus)

  • Interesse an Branding-Aktivitäten und Unterstützung der Verbreitung der mybacs Markenidentität

  • Verhandlungssicheres Spanisch und/oder Englisch (C1/C2), Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

About the position
We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Associate (m/f/d) who is interested in market expansion and ideally has some experience in social media, branding and content creation. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic team.
Your mission

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies for market expansion in Spain 

  • Active lead for determining a social media strategy creating content, and implementing the strategy 

  • Setting up branding activities to strengthen the brand identity in the destination country

  • Supporting the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels

What you bring along

  • Completed studies in marketing, communication or a related discipline or comparable training

  • Understanding and managing of social media platforms and their use for marketing purposes

  • Creativity and ability to create content (a bonus would be the ability to create graphic designs)

  • Interest in branding activities and supporting the spreading of the mybacs brand identity

  • Business fluent in Spanish & English (C1/C2), German knowledge is an advantage
