About the position

As a (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager, you will strengthen our Spanish Performance Team with a clear strategy, an extensive network of creators, and measurable performance—working 100% remotely from Spain. You won't just plan campaigns; you will significantly drive our brand forward using your existing network, your eye for trends, and your performance expertise.

Your mission

You will manage the full cycle of influencer campaigns, taking charge of every phase from initial research, planning to final execution and managing after postings.
You will identify the right creators, build long-lasting relationships, and handle contract negotiations to secure the best partners for our brand.
You will manage all active collaborations holistically, from campaign coordination to final evaluation.
You will continuously monitor performance, analyzing relevant metrics and deriving actions for goal-oriented optimization.
You will detect relevant trends in influencer marketing early on and apply them strategically to our brand.

What you bring along

You have 2+ years of experience in performance-based influencer marketing and know exactly which levers contribute to a campaign’s success.
You possess strong analytical skills and feel confident navigating data. You have a deep understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM, and you know how to use these metrics to steer your decisions.
You have your own network of relevant influencers. You build relationships strategically, maintain them long-term, and create collaborations that offer real value to both parties.
You communicate clearly, empathetically, and persuasively, demonstrating a sharp instinct in daily negotiations.
You are proficient in tools such as Storyclash, Klar, Holistics, or similar platforms to manage campaigns based on data and optimize them continuously.
You analyze with precision, have a great eye for trends, and identify relevant personalities, platforms, and developments in the social media sphere in detail.
You are a native Spanish speaker (negotiation level) and have very good English skills; this is essential for both internal and external communication.
You are based in Spain and have experience working in remote and multicultural environments.

Tus tareas

Gestionarás el ciclo completo de campañas de influencer marketing, asumiendo la responsabilidad de cada fase: desde la investigación inicial y la planificación hasta la ejecución final y el seguimiento posterior a las publicaciones.
Identificarás a los creadores adecuados, construirás relaciones duraderas y gestionarás las negociaciones contractuales para asegurar los mejores partners para nuestra marca.
Gestionarás todas las colaboraciones activas de forma integral, desde la coordinación de la campaña hasta la evaluación final.
Supervisarás continuamente el rendimiento, analizando métricas relevantes y derivando acciones para una optimización orientada a objetivos.
Detectarás de forma temprana tendencias relevantes en influencer marketing y las aplicarás estratégicamente a nuestra marca.

Tu perfil

Cuentas con +2 años de experiencia en influencer marketing orientado a performance y sabes exactamente qué palancas impulsan el éxito de una campaña.
Posees sólidas habilidades analíticas y te sientes cómodo/a trabajando con datos. Tienes un profundo conocimiento de KPIs de performance como ROAS, CPA y CPM, y sabes utilizar estas métricas para orientar tus decisiones.
Dispones de tu propia red de influencers relevantes. Construyes relaciones de manera estratégica, las mantienes a largo plazo y generas colaboraciones que aportan valor real a ambas partes.
Te comunicas de forma clara, empática y persuasiva, demostrando un excelente instinto en las negociaciones diarias.
Manejas herramientas como Storyclash, Klar, Holistics o plataformas similares para gestionar campañas basadas en datos y optimizarlas de forma continua.
Analizas con precisión, tienes un gran ojo para las tendencias e identificas en detalle personalidades, plataformas y desarrollos relevantes dentro del entorno de las redes sociales.
Eres hablante nativo/a de español (nivel negociación) y tienes un muy buen nivel de inglés; esto es esencial tanto para la comunicación interna como externa.
Resides en España y tienes experiencia trabajando en entornos remotos y multiculturales.
