About the position
As a Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d), you will be part of our Brand team and work closely with our Head of Brand, our Graphic Designers and the Brand Marketing team. You’ll help bring our brand to life across all channels – from social to print – and take ownership of smaller design projects while growing your craft through feedback, collaboration and hands-on work.
Your mission
- Bring our brand into everyday assets: Create and adapt marketing assets for all relevant channels (e.g. social media, website, newsletters, print).
- Campaign support: Design and roll out campaign assets based on existing concepts (formats, variations, resizing, performance-driven iterations).
- Packaging & product experience: Support packaging designs (labels, inserts, small updates) and help keep the packaging world consistent and on-brand.
- Retail & POS: Assist with POS materials (displays, shelf branding, in-store signage) and help prepare print-ready files.
- Visual editing: Edit photo and video assets (basic retouching, simple edits, short content pieces).
- Design craft & consistency: Help maintain templates, keep files organised, and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
What you bring along
- Completed studies (Bachelor / Master / Diploma) in graphic design or communication design (or a comparable background)
- First practical experience (internships, working student roles, freelance projects) and a portfolio that shows strong basics in layout, typography and a strong eye for design
- Confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), After Effects is a plus
- You enjoy learning, take feedback well and work reliably and detail-oriented.
- You’re organised, hands-on and like to get things done in a team setting.
- Business fluent in English; German at C2 level
