About the position

As a working student at our social media department, you will work closely with the head of brand and social media team to create content for all social media channels.

Your mission

  • Social media strategy & implementation: You will support the marketing team in developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase the reach and engagement of our channels.

  • Content creation: With creative ideas and engaging content, you will take the social media presence of mybacs® to the next level.

  • Data & analysis: You will analyse KPIs, track trends and develop data-based optimisation measures for our social media channels.

  • Learning & development: From concept to implementation, you will work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and the social media team to strengthen the brand value through successful campaigns.

What you bring along

  • You are currently studying management with a focus on marketing, media or communication or related fields of study

  • You are passionate about marketing, social media and content strategies as well as a deep understanding of current trends in the digital marketing world

  • Creative yet analytical mind that understands social media and consumer challenges

  • High level of initiative and flexibility

  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills

  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and German (C1/C2)

  • You should also be familiar with the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT
